Day 1

Reserve your home at Brampton Park

Day 2

Complete your mortgage application with Metro Finance or your own provider & instruct a solicitor from our panel verbally and in writing, pay relevant search fees required and provide photographic ID

Day 3

Ensure all references, arrangement & survey fees are with the lender & receive written confirmation on you reservation from Metropolitan

Day 5

Mortgage application processed by lender &  you will apply for your searches and start the conveyancing process

Day 10 – 15

Survey carried out & searches received by your solicitor and the report on findings will be sent to you along with the contract for signature and return

Day 20 – 23

Mortgage offer issued to you and your solicitor for signature and return & return signed contract and transfer required 10% deposit in cleared funds to your solicitor for exchange

Day 28

Exchange of contracts
